How Sennheiser Momentum Headphone is Actually Quite Impressive

Sennheiser has churned out a wide array of headphones over the years and there are umpteen reasons that may make you think that the brand has run out of smoke. But get hold of the recently launched missile from its stable, Momentum, and you will know there is still a lot to expect and much to be impressed about. Sennheiser Momentum sound was unveiled to the world not much time ago. But the pair of headphones has carved a niche for itself in a very short span of time and generated a lot of positive feedbacks and reviews. Even hard to please critics and the so called ‘purists’ have given the verdict in its favour. And that’s not all. Users (that includes amateurs as well as professionals) have been highly appreciating it, too.

Technology wise, it hears from the best and packs in a powerful punch of transducers with neodymium magnets. It sports a circumaural design, over the ear in other words, and has closed back cans for carefully filtering out ambient noise. It comes with two cables, a primary and an optional one, and has smart inline controls. It works with desktops, laptops, portable music players and apple devices without any glitch. What is known as the famous Sennheiser sound is very much a part of these headphones and if the spotlight comes on the audio ranging part, well, it is equally strong there. To the listener’s delight, the full frequency range detected or perceived by that of the average human ear is covered by Sennheiser Momentum sound, without giving any extra stress on a particular frequency range.

If the listener is an expert, he will know how Momentum draws itself away and excels from the herd of the commoners. If he is somebody with little or no expectations at all, he will be blown away even more. He is bound to find the listening experience an immersive one and enjoy the slightest of details like never before. Because, although the company doesn’t label it as a pair of audiophile grade headphones, the creation delivers a performance that closely resembles audiophile headphones. Besides, words like ‘premium’, ‘luxury’, ‘strength’, ‘comfort’ and ‘durability’ are splashed all over Momentum (read: super fine leather and stainless steel strip with a metal finish), accelerated by the grand Sennheiser logo that really makes it a thing of envy.

All in all, Sennheiser Momentum headphone fits really well and is capable of producing excellent sound. It is not at all disappointing if the listener is intending to use it while commuting in a noisy environment or taking a walk in the country side. Perhaps one wouldn’t be wrong to think Sennheiser Momentum sound is a great combination of virile power and exemplary technology.
