iSmart Alarm: iPhone replaces the Home Guard Dog

In spite of new technologies used in home security systems, many homeowners are willing to stick with their old devices just because they consider them to be classic. However, we all want to feel safe, regardless of the circumstances. While some people have decided to turn to monitoring companies, others are still enjoying hearing their dog constantly barking in the backyard. If you don’t like dogs so much and you cannot afford to pay for the services of a monitoring company, you’ll definitely love the brand-new iSmart Alarm setup. This app turns your iPhone into a highly-advanced security device, saving you a lot of money.

The iSmart Alarm – a tool that is both portable and affordable

This app is made of different components that can be mixed and matched according to your requirements. You can use contact sensors designed especially for windows and doors, remote tags to supervise your kids or pets, cameras, and even motion sensors. The whole system is controlled by CubeOne, a square device which can be easily plugged in and linked to virtually any router. iSmart Alarm is the best replacement for your annoyingly barking guard dog, and its benefits will make you regret not having installed it earlier. Besides, the whole system can be accessed using your iPhone, allowing you to sit back and relax while knowing that your home is protected from possible threats.

How does the iSmart Alarm work?

The iSmart Alarm allows you to arm/disarm the device, view live videos whenever the sensors are activated, receive different images captured by the camera, and even follow remote tag positions. This Apple app is different from complex security systems, in the sense that it’s very easy to use, and doesn’t require turning to an expensive security company to install it. The iSmart Alarm comes in full packages that comprise the following components:

1. Window sensors

2. Panic alarms

3. Individual a-la-carte access

4. Home remote controls

5. Motion sensors

The iSmart Alarm – an innovative tool that replaces traditional security systems

Ordinary home alarms are not so effective, as they don’t allow you to use your iPhone whenever you want to make sure that your home is safe. Besides, iSmart Alarm doesn’t imply any contracts or monthly fees, and the fact that it uses a wireless connection makes it more portable than any security alarm system available on the market. Not only that iSmart Alarm guarantees for the safety of your home, but it also comes with a developer community that’s constantly struggling to increase this system’s abilities.

If the safety of your family and home is of the utmost importance for you, the iSmart Alarm is the best choice you could make. Designed to prevent burglars from approaching your home, this system focuses not only on safety, but also on practicability and intelligence. To cut the long story short, Apple has managed to design the ultimate home control security alarm system that can be enabled by simply using your smartphone. This product is very easy to use, affordable and practical.

Should iSmart Alarm Be Trusted?

The system is very different from ordinary security systems, since it successfully combines affordability with advanced technology. The iSmart Alarm was launched in 2013 at the CES, and it managed to gather $50,000 in only three weeks. Raymond Meng, the co-founder and CEO of iSmart Alarm, mentioned that the device is designed to suit everybody’s requirements, regardless of their budget. This gadget is definitely innovative, being the first tool that is good enough to replace ordinary home security devices.

iSmart Alarm is available under two packages, of which one is designed for home use and costs $199, while the other is more complex, costing $349. However, regardless of the package selected, the main goal is to feel safe.

Impact of iPhone and Android on Home Security

Homeowners who want to protect their homes and families know that surveillance is the best way to stay safe. For them, this means having the possibility to know whenever something uncommon takes place on their property. Believe it or not, this knowledge can really make a difference for people who want their homes to be as secure as possible.

Fortunately, technology has evolved so much that handheld devices have become the perfect allies when it comes to increasing the power of a home security system. Besides, most wireless home security systems are now compatible with the technology used for iPhones or in mobile devices provided with Android.

iPhones and Android systems can make your home smarter

The development of mobile devices and smartphones has brought a plethora of changes in terms of home security. First of all, homeowners are no longer haunted by the thought of not knowing whether their homes are protected from burglars, since both Androids and iPhones can provide remote home security control capabilities and arming. There are hundreds of apps that can be easily downloaded on these devices in order to check whether all the doors are locked, the windows closed or the system is armed.

In case you’ve left your system unlocked, you can arm it remotely very easily, by simply tapping a couple of times on the right options. Besides, most home security systems can be used to switch the lights off, lock the doors or set the temperature remotely, by using home control features provided by Androids and iPhones.

Geo fencing is key to home security

Busy homeowners can even use their Androids and iPhones for geo fencing. This feature allows them to set a distance known as “geo fence” whenever they set up their home security system. In case they go past that distance from the system’s control panel, their smartphones will let them know that they haven’t armed their security system. Plus, the alarm security system can even be configured to arm automatically whenever their smartphones go beyond the geo fence. Protecting your home has never been so simple!

The iPhone – your ultimate home security device

Last but not least, both Androids and iPhones are able to provide the latest information related to their users’ properties, allowing them to see recorded video clips and live streaming videos. Several security systems available on the market allow users to have access to live streaming videos provided by the security cameras that have been placed around their homes. Most of the times, homeowners can ask to see the recordings from a certain hour, in order to make sure that their children have arrived home safely or that a package has been delivered accordingly. All this innovative technology will allow you to have the situation under control even when you’re not home, and it will be like a dream come true for most homeowners who want to know that their property is protected.

Smart devices will make you feel safer than ever

Because technology has evolved so much, Androids and iPhones have become compulsory nowadays, especially for people who want to feel safe knowing that their homes and families are protected even when they’re away. If you’re one of those people, turning to home security systems that can send information via your iPhone or your Android device is the best choice you could make.

In a society where nothing matters more than being safe, these alarm systems are like a ray of sunshine, especially if your children spend a lot of time alone at home. Thanks to these amazing Android devices and iPhones, you will always know exactly what they do, without violating their privacy.

Mobile Apps for Expanding Business Opportunities

Mobile applications are nowadays one of the most effective medium to spread a business. With the growing numbers of smartphones and internet connectivity, each and every organization wishes to prepare an application to facilitate their service. Be it in Android or Blackberry or IOS even in Windows, those applications have become very much popular. Whenever a company develops an app for the customers, they must do all sorts of homework before that. For example, one multiplex wishes to have an online movie ticket booking app, but they have not tied up with any bank for the transaction, then that app won’t have any value. Apps can be used online or to be used in offline mode where internet connection is not required. Starting from bank transaction to photo editing, from online ticket booking to remote maintenance – lots of apps are already in the market and every day the numbers are increasing.

Truly, business has received a good return in turns of the usage of such apps. Sales have boost up, marketing strategy has been redefined, revenue generation increased, branding got a new height and so on. There are several ways the mobile apps can be used in the betterment of any kind of business.

Mobile Apps for Expanding Business Opportunities
1. Mobile E-Commerce: Mobile commerce sites are very much popular and effective in order to develop a business. Be it a new one or already an established business, mobile e-commerce helps to increase a good amount of revenue in your pocket.

2. Direct Sales: Apart from free apps, there are lots of paid apps based on the premium service and those can yield a substantial amount of business for any kind of organization. You have to make sure whether it is worthy to be downloaded by paying an amount or it can simply be a free application.

3. Branding: Mobile apps can play a vital role in terms of branding of an organization and downloading from the play store is a feather for that company.

4. Customization: Business communication today plays a lead role for increasing the effectiveness. The email applications, sharing through network all are the advantages of such apps using smartphone and Internet.

In order to make an application effective as well as attractive, one should give emphasis on the user interface. The design & layout plays a very important part to do so. A simple application with some dedicated options are always preferable for any client, be a tech savvy or a normal customer. No need to make an app heavy and clumsy just for the sake of information.

Also, the content of the app is equally important. A perfect content with no fat but required information is people’s choice & taste. Too many words may distract the user from his original purpose and those confusions regarding content may lead to non-acceptability of the app.

Finally, the application must be equipped with the latest technology. For example, a simple camera app won’t find market. But if a camera application has some in-built option like putting frames around the live picture, inserting the name, motion sensor, the geographical location tag, and then people will pay attention towards that application.

New App transforms an iPhone into a urine lab

New app transforms an iPhone into a urine lab – A revolutionary step towards healthcare

Don’t we wish if we could take a personal urine analysis without fixing an appointment with the pharmacy? Well, you need luck and some money for that! If you could afford an iPhone, getting an app can help you test your urine at home. The brand new uCheck smartphone app was introduced in 2013’s Technology, Education and Design (TED) conference in Los Angeles and this particular application can be used as an urine test indicator of 25 different medical conditions like urinary tract infections, kidney and liver problems, preeclampsia, diabetes, cancers and many more such diseases that cause harm to general health. Doesn’t this sound interesting? Read on to know more on one of the most awaited iPhone applications.

The mastermind behind uCheck iPhone app – Whose brainchild is it?

With that known, we all are eager to know the name of the mastermind who has invented this awesome user-friendly app. Well, it’s none other than a 29 year old MIT graduate Myshkin Ingawale, who is also the co-founder of Biosense Technologies, a company that is based in Mumbai and that which specializes in providing cheap and inexpensive medical technologies. While presenting the app in front of the chuckling audience in TED, Ingawale told them that iPhone and urine are something that we all have and this was the reason why he figured out that something should be done regarding both.

The uCheck iPhone app – How does it work to help the users?

New App transforms an iPhone into a urine lab
The urine test application works by merging a standard urinalysis dipstick kit with the technology of smartphones. Initially, you have to collect your urine sample in a cup in the same manner as you would do at a doctor’s office. Next you have to dip the paper strip into the sample for about two seconds. You’ll be provided with a color-coded mat with the uCheck pack and all you need to do is to slide the urine-soaked strip into that mat. The urinalysis strip will contain certain chemicals that will help the strip to change color if your urine contains any of the substances that are specific to any medical conditions. If you click a photo of this urine sample with the uCheck smartphone app, you may then allow the iPhone to accurately scrutinize the image and offer you a concise reading of the urine sample.

This particular smartphone app will produce information that is easily comprehendible with either negative or positive results or more detailed analysis of the various concentration levels in the urine sample. The idea behind this particular iPhone application is to get people closer to their information and to better understand their own bodies. Urine tests are the basic way of judging the occurrence of health problems and nowadays the doctors often ask for urinalysis when they go for any kind of check up. Different chemical indicators of health are actually indicated through urine samples like ketones, proteins, bilirubin, glucose, leukocytes and nitrites and this app has the ability to check each of these elements.

The Food and Drug Administration however hasn’t cleared the uCheck app by Biosense Technologies which has come up with this application. The agency is probably waiting to ensure whether or not such iPhone applications are completely authentic and have nothing to do with harming the health of the people.
