Move Data from internal memory to external: Internal memory is used for all the operations to carry on soo the more space available the more phone will be efficient. Soo move your data from Internal memory to SD card or some external Memory.
Uninstall Rarely used Applications: The applications you no longer use you should Uninstall them.
Restarting your Smartphone: It Ends all the processes that were being using RAM.
Task manage:r In task manager there is a option to kill active application and free Ram by killing The Running option.. use it frequently it also helps to save the battery.
